For roofing businesses
Enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices in one place. Run it from your phone, from a laptop at home, or both. Each of the lads sees what they need and nothing else.

Tim’s Roofing demo, using example customer data.
From the first enquiry to the invoice
An enquiry from your website lands on your phone, already typed in. Who it is, where the roof is and what they're after.
Build an itemised quote on the phone and send it. The customer accepts it online, and you get told when they do.
Book it in the diary. The lads see the job, the address and the scope on their phones, and the photos they take on the roof go against the job.
Raise the invoice off the accepted quote. See who still owes what, and let the reminders chase it.
The app, through the working day
Your diary, customers and job records are there too. I configure the app around what you need to manage, with access set for each person.
Watch it, 52 seconds
Recorded on the Tim’s Roofing demo. The customer is made up.

02 / Quotes
Write the scope, price the work and send it for the customer to accept online. Keep it with the job it belongs to.

Real screens from Tim’s Roofing, my demo business. Example customers and jobs.
Built around actual working businesses
I spent nine months inside Prestige Roof as their developer. I built the website, the office system and the app the lads use on the roof. Everything I set up for other firms comes from that build. Prestige still runs on it every working day, and I still look after it.
Read the Prestige Roof case studyFred manages enquiries, customers, quotes and invoices through the app, alongside the diary. His website and local pages feed into the same system. He can manage the business without sitting down in an office.
Read the EverCrest case study“Your website has generated me over 30k in sales so far. Probably more. Being practically number one on Google in the area, my phone doesn’t stop. Without the website I wouldn’t be where I’m at now.”
The app screenshots on this page show the Tim’s Roofing demo, not either client's private records.
Your business, your way of working
01
Manage enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices in the app. You can have staff without having an office.
02
Add the people who work with you. I set up roles and permissions around their jobs, including who can see or manage the money.
03
Sit down with it at home when you want a bigger screen. If you do have someone in the office, they're looking at the same jobs as you.
Same full system. Same price. No charge per user.
Set up for your business
I agree the website pages, business details and staff access with you. The launch scope includes written copy and up to ten pages, including up to five local pages. I configure the connected tools around the agreed setup. Existing data, unusual workflows and larger migrations need checking before I quote.
Service pages, job photos and local coverage explain your roofing work. If a website is all you need for now, you can start there and activate the app later.
Roofing website design and SEOCheck the setup and monthly allowancesBefore you decide
Yes. You can manage enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices from the app. The same system opens on a laptop too, for when you'd rather sit down with it. You don't need an office or anyone to run one.
Yes. Staff access is set around their roles. Someone recording site work doesn't need the same access as someone pricing jobs or managing invoices. I agree those roles with you during setup.
Mostly. Jobs you've already opened stay on the phone. Photos, notes and site records save on the phone and send themselves when the signal comes back. Quotes and invoices need signal to save, so price the job in the van or at home.
Not yet. A Xero link is being built, but it isn't live for anyone today. Every invoice is a PDF with the payments recorded against it, so your accountant can work from those.
Yes, online. The invoice they're sent can take a card payment through Stripe, in full or as a part payment. It's built in and I switch it on with your own Stripe account. Stripe's fees are yours. There's no card reader or tap to pay.
It's a fair question when it's one person. Your domain is registered to you, so it's yours whatever happens. Your customers, quotes, invoices and photos are yours too, and you can have an export whenever you ask. Everything is backed up every night, encrypted, away from the server it runs on. Either of us can stop with a month's notice, and if it ends you get the export and I point your domain wherever you want it.
You're paying for a website and a system set up for your business. I agree the website pages, write the copy, build the site and configure the connected tools and staff access. The monthly fee covers the agreed hosting, maintenance, search review and content allowance. Larger migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
No. The full system has the same published price for an owner working alone or a business with staff. Staff permissions change what each person can use. They don't add a separate per-user charge.
Two ways in, one system underneath
The full system includes the app and office tools. The website option lets you start with your site and local SEO, then activate the rest later.
Both work for an owner on their own or a business with staff. I agree the setup before work starts. Larger migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
