Prestige Roof
The app, office system and website for a Norfolk roofing firm. Built during nine months inside the business. They still run on it every working day, and I still look after it.

I do local SEO for trade businesses from King's Lynn. That means service pages worth reading, town pages only where you do the work, a Google Business Profile that matches, and Search Console checked every month. Below is how I do it, with dated figures from two client sites.

Website and local SEO
Up to ten launch pages, including up to five local pages. Written copy, hosting, maintenance, a monthly search review and one hour of content work. The app is available if you need it.

1
I add your domain to Google Search Console before launch. It shows the searches your pages appear for, where they sit and which ones get clicked. That record is what every later change is judged against.
2
Each service you want more of gets its own page: what the job involves, what affects the price and photos of your work. Town pages come after, only for places you work, with something specific to say.
3
Your Google Business Profile is what shows in the map results. I keep its categories, services, service area and description in line with the website, so both say the same thing about you.
4
Form enquiries and taps on your phone number are recorded in Google Analytics. So the monthly review can say which pages led to someone getting in touch, not just which ones got looked at.
5
Once a month I read the figures and pick the page that most needs clearer copy, better photos or a stronger next step. The monthly plan includes one hour of that content work.
Behind the monthly review
I wrote my own reporting tool for the sites I look after. Every Monday morning it pulls the Search Console and Google Analytics figures for each site into one database. Business Profile figures go in too, where Google allows it.
It splits searches for your business name from searches for the work. Only the second kind shows new customers finding you. When a source sends nothing, the report says so instead of printing a zero.
A page that swaps one town name for another tells nobody anything. A local page should say something true about that place: the work you do there, the services you offer and how to ask for a quote. I'd rather leave a town out than write a page with nothing in it.

EverCrest is a roofing firm in Spalding. Its new website went live in mid-August 2026, on the same domain as before. On 28 September its sitemap listed 182 pages, including 123 pages about one service in one town.
These are the Google search figures for the whole domain, in two 28-day windows. Impressions count how often a page from the site was shown in results. They are not enquiries, and they are no promise of the same for another firm.

Search figures from a plastering build
I rebuilt LDR's website in July 2026. On 28 September its sitemap listed 102 pages, including 27 area pages, 27 pages about one service in one town, 12 guides and 20 project pages.
These are the Google search figures for the whole domain, in two 28-day windows after the rebuild. Impressions count how often a page from the site was shown in results. Most plastering searches still show it low down, so this is progress, not a finished job.

I plan your service and local pages, write the agreed copy and set up search titles and indexing. I also help with your Google Business Profile. The monthly plan includes a search review and one hour of content work. Extra pages and larger changes need a separate agreed scope.
No. I can show you what I build and the work I do each month. Search positions depend on the query, competition and other factors. I review search terms, clicks and enquiries so the next change has a reason behind it.
If customers look for you on a map, yes. It's free and it shows in the map results, which is often where a local search starts. I help set one up, or tidy an existing one so it matches your website.
Your services, the towns you want work in, photos of real jobs and access to your Business Profile if you have one. The more real detail I get, the less your pages read like everyone else's.
No. You can buy the website and local SEO on their own. The connected system is there underneath, so you can activate the app and office tools later if you need them.
When you want the rest connected
The full system adds enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices in the app, with office access to the same records. You can run it without an office and give staff the permissions their work needs.

Both work for an owner on their own or a business with staff. I agree the setup before work starts. Larger migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
